I feel that the Consent and Discharge app will allow the patients to be more knowledgeable about the procedures they will be undergoing as well as be able to have access to discharge information that they are not always able to retain upon discharge. The discharge piece will allow the patient as well as the family to view medication changes along with the reason the physician prescribed the medication.
